On behalf of the San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association, I'd like to thank you and the staff of Gold Coast Catering for the outstanding quality and service that was provided for our event, the La Presidenta Ball. From the very first contact with you and Gold Coast Catering, it was apparent that our event would be handled with every attention to detail and concern for our needs.
The atmosphere of the La Presidenta Ball was greatly enhanced by the beautiful floral arrangements on the food tables and the consideration given to the events theme with the added decor was truly an elegant touch. Presentation of the food overall was absolutely stunning. The fact of the guests raving about the delicious taste of everything presented on the menu - from the hors d'oeuvres to the desserts just made the evening a complete success.
During the event, the staff was courteous and always right there seeing to the needs of the guests. Tables were cleared rapidly and serving areas were kept clean and stocked at all times. Seeing that these kinds of details were quietly and quickly attended to allowed me to relax and enjoy the event myself.

Gold Coast Catering showed up when they said they would. The catering team brought the food that we had selected from the menu. They set up in a very efficient manner. They kept the table full as my guests went through the buffet line. The staff was happy and helpful. And the food was delicious! All 125 of my reunion guests were happy with the food. I heard only compliments!
The professionalism of Gold Coast Catering is greatly appreciated by me and my siblings who were hosting this reunion. The lunch was just the beginning of a long day and it set the stage for the day. When people are well fed, they are all that much happier.
I would absolutely recommend Gold Coast Catering to my friends and co-workers! And I would not hesitate to use them again for my own catering needs.
